Kendell Oil has been in operation in the Tamworth region for over 25 years, starting with the collection
of used motor oil from service stations. Over this time the company has grown to be one of the main
collection and recycling companies in NSW. Kendell Oil provides an efficient, reliable service including
emergency callout and after hours operation. Collection area’s extend to Newcastle, Central Coast,
North Coast and Central West regions of NSW.
Through a fleet of modern vehicles, Kendell Oil transports used, recycled and refined oil through NSW,
QLD and Victoria and operates a large storage and treatment facility at the Tamworth depot.
In conjunction with Nationwide Oil (A Transpacific Industries Group Ltd Company), the used oil collected undergoes a demineralisation process that removes water and heavy metals without the use
of high temperatures that typically cause unsatisfactory air emissions. The used oil is processed into
fuel oil for commercial applications at Nationwide Oil's facilities. These industrial fuel oils are processed
to specification to ensure consistent quality and to meet legislative requirements.
